Pattern recognition is by its nature a cross-discipline exercise. It includes all potential matches and excludes nothing. It ignores boundaries and preconceived notions of what is or is not related. It searches for relationship and resonance of form without prejudice. ‘Not either or, but and.
While reductionist science has served as a necessary step in our human understanding of the details of the whole, it is certainly time for us to step back to get a broader view of how all of the components are indeed linked by pattern, by purpose and by intention as one living organism.
If we imagine ourselves as conscious energy within holographic consciousness; as fractal expressions of an infinite whole then we can begin to see patterns within the matrix of our existence. While every expression of energy and intention is unique unto itself, it is also in relationship with other unique expressions of energy and intention. The field of energy that holds the memories of one person is separated from the field of energy of another person while they are both nested with the field of energy that holds the memories of the Earth. The field that contains the patterns and memories of the Earth is likewise nested in the energy of the solar system, the galaxy, the universe and so on. Or at least this is the image as I see it after contemplating current dialogs on the subject.
Patterns that repeat across levels of our perceived reality manifest symbolically and metaphorically. It is as if the muse of consciousness tells us stories with common themes but disguises them symbolically in the workings of nature, the design of the cosmos and the contemplation of our own souls in hopes that we will we recognize the pattern’s meaning and awaken to living with and within the metaphor.
We hear the voice of conscience. We are inspired with thought that seems to come from nowhere. Apart from applications of invasive frequency tech, we can hear the voice of Consciousness that permeates all time and place. We are in constant conversation with “God”; not necessarily the “God” of religious gatekeepers but the personal and inviolate Consciousness from which we are inseparable.
What we intend with our consciousness or in our carelessness is reflected back to us like mirrors that ask us if we understand the power of our words and our wills. What we struggle to process is played out on ever-increasing levels of scale until we finally get the message. Have you ever thought about a personal change you need to make but soul-searching takes time so you move on? Maybe that thought was followed by a crisis that involves others who didn’t take time to do their own soul-searching and the examples grown in intensity or magnitude until you see yourself reflected in the external event? That’s one way we reflect our energy in conversation with Consciousness.
Symbolic triggers for awakening our consciousness seem to work with the same graduating levels of intensity and magnitude. This is where the cultural amnesia of humanity and perhaps the separation of conscious and subconscious awareness come into play. Energetically manifesting across the theater of holographic consciousness, a theme or trigger might be repeated in manifestations seemingly unrelated except for the message they seem to share.
What is obvious within one field of study as exclusive causation for an observed event can also be explained with equal veracity by a separate field of study that approaches the “truth” from a different perspective. Remember “the blind men and the elephant”? Similarly, the elephant can exist on infinite levels of scale. Think “Horton Hears a Who”.
A petroglyph can be inspired by a catastrophic plasma event without excluding the potential for that same symbolism to be manifest through shamanic trance or even manifest as the templates for our own form. Each is a demonstration of the same theme; the voice of Consciousness and the in-formed soul.
What is learned in meditation and reflected by experience is the natural and necessary balance to the exclusive focus that is blind to the totality of the whole. Mechanistic clockwork by itself cannot fathom the entirety of all that is without creating its own defensive dogma that demands acceptance of a series of false premises.
Scientism is no less a defensive posture for inherently deficient understanding of the whole than is the array of organized religions that install priestly interpreters of spirit and consciousness, creating barriers to direct knowledge and observation. These are unnecessary hindrances to understanding the whole. We are going to look past the barriers as we follow the form and function of pattern and seek their meaning in consciousness.
